Refund and Returns Policy
At Runnix 3D, we are committed to customer satisfaction and the responsible use of resources. Because our shoes are customized and 3D printed for each customer, we follow a specific return and refund policy designed to balance sustainability and service.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- An error was made in the customization (e.g., wrong size or model).
All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. Please include photos of the issue when contacting us.
