1. Sales Model

Runnix 3D operates under a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) model. All orders are placed through our official platform and are produced on-demand to reduce overproduction and minimize environmental impact.

2. Production & Delivery Times

Each pair of sneakers is made to order based on customer specifications. The production and delivery times are longer compared to traditional retail, and are estimated as follows:

  • Standard: 2–4 weeks depending on location
  • Express (if available): 5–7 business days

3. Packaging & Tracking

All products are shipped in eco-friendly packaging. Each shipment includes:

  • Interactive unboxing with a QR code for videos or setup guides
  • Eco-friendly cleaning kit for sneaker care
  • Tracking updates through our app or web portal

4. Returns & Warranty

Runnix 3D offers a 2-year warranty on all products. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused. Custom items may have specific return conditions.
